Barnard House offers a welcoming bed and breakfast in Great Yarmouth, set in a quiet residential area on a leafy crescent. Our comfortable and relaxing home provides the perfect place to stay, just a short distance from the beach and seafront attractions, while also offering easy access to the Norfolk countryside and the Norfolk Broads.

OUR ROOMS
We have one double bedrooms and one twin room, all finished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each room is en-suite and tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, crisp bed linen, and a range of thoughtful touches to help you feel at home.
All rooms include a flat screen TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, biscuits, free Wi-Fi and a hairdryer. Our shower rooms are equipped with soft towels, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries, and ironing facilities are available on request.

We welcome guests from 4-6pm and kindly ask that rooms are vacated by 10.30am. Please contact us if you plan to arrive outside these times.
We do not allow smoking or vaping anywhere in our lovely B&B.
CANCELLATION
Whilst we will make every effort to re-let your room, cancellations made within three days of your arrival date will be charged at the full room rate for any nights that we are unable to re-let.
